Here are the classes, song names and “costumes” for the December performances. Please note if your class is dancing at both recitals. We will try to have skirts for the dancers to borrow, if you have a pink or black skirt or tutu (black, white, lavender, pink) from previous years, please let me know.

All ballet students wear pink leather ballet slippers
All tap students wear black tap shoes
All jazz students wear black split sole jazz shoes
All drill team students wear white canvas tennis shoes
Purchase shoes at Payless or Opening Night in Gahanna or Dublin
Let me know if you have a pink leotard and need a black one or visa versa. If we can, we can swap them. If you borrow anything, shoes, or skirts or leotards from the department, please makes sure you return it. We try to have “costume pieces” to help with recital expenses to keep costs down for everyone, if the items don’t get returned we won’t have enough for future recitals and costs will have to go up.
If your class does not have a costume listed, it is because we will discuss it in class. I am trying to find costumes in stock to order.
Costumes can be ordered for the Spring recital now, thru the website. Your child’s spot will be reserved for Winter session if you order now. Please order for the class you are currently in, if you want to switch classes in January, please discuss it with me. Do not move your child up in level. Once your costume is ordered, you will not be able to switch classes. The deadline to order costumes is January 31, 2014. Some students have already ordered/purchased costumes for the Spring Recital, this is the only way I can reserve spots. Class fees will still be due for Winter and Spring Sessions.
